AuthorSubject: Wondering about B&W; RIP SW for Quadtones   [Go to Bottom of Page]

Hi,

I'm looking for a SW which allows me to control the
curves for the different tones of a quadtone ink set.

The SW should run on Windows 2000 and support an Epson 1290.

The stuff I found up to now seems not to fit:

- BWPro/ImageExport
It seems not possible to control the different curves, but
information is rare

- QuadToneRIP runs on Mac/Linux

- InkJetControl/OPM runs on Mac

- Studioprint does not support Epson 1290

- ImagePrint
It seems also not be possible to change the curves/profile.

Is there something out which could help me or does one of the upper
products fullfill my needs?

Best regards

Theo
