Folks. . .

Just wanted to ping the IR subscribers that Pixel Genius has just posted installers/Updaters for both PhotoKit and PhotoKit Sharpener to enable full 16 bit compatibility in Photoshop CS. These new versions will also run in Photoshop 6 & 7, but will not work in 16 bit (of course).

These are free updates to all registered users of either product (or both). The updates are at:
<http://www.pixelgenius.com/updates.html>

Note the instructions for installing in both Photoshop 7 & 8. Also, check out the manual addendum regarding PS CS.

This update also resolves user issues where changing the computer date/time would corrupt the settings files and pop the products into demo mode and also resolves an issue that some people experienced when launching Photoshop and having a long pause at PhotoKit.

You guys are the first non-tester to get thhis update info, so if you find any issues, please send an email to:
<tech_support@pixelgenius.com>

Regards,
Jeff Schewe
