Just wondering if step #8 "In the Adjustment Layers Palette choose Solid Color."

you might want to change the wording to show a more direct path to Solid Color.

Layer>New fill Layer>Solid color

As it stand, some of us (namely me ) kept looking for the Solid Color option in the
New Adjustment Layer section.... instead of the New Fill Layer section.
Just for fun I tried using the new Photo filter layer and it did not make the image any darker
While the Solid Fill Layer did make the whole image a touch darker?

Best,

Mel
