AuthorSubject: Print Previw PS 7 Win XP   [Go to Bottom of Page]

Hello

I noticed a funny quirk and was wondering what PS7's work space is when you use print preview with Win XP? It seems to be soft proofing the image but the work space seems to be tied to the monitor profile, not the work space profile. Any thoughts? The reason I say this is when I set the work space to the monitor profile (I know this is wrong - please I don't do this -...etc) and then do a print preview in PS7 the color does not shift in the preview box. However when the work space was set to Adobe1998 the print preview would shift the color. I tried different print settings and it did nothing to change the soft proof.

Regards,
Dwight
