AuthorSubject: Artisan with which OS X ?   [Go to Bottom of Page]

I have a new Artisan but have as yet to be able to use it. I installed in on my G5 running 10.3.1 and it won't calibrate. After several very frustrating calls to Sony tech support, including one where the tech asked me what an Artisan was, I was told it won't run under Panther.

I then tried it on a partition using 10.2.8 with my 17" Powerbook and it won't run there either. In every instance I get almost to the end of the calibration and get an 1136 error, which nobody at Sony had even heard of, or could find in their database.

Can anyone here tell me what OS X version Artisan 1.2 will work with ?

I bought it to use when capturing with my 1Ds in the studio. If there is a particular Mac that it's stable with please let me know so I can get one.

Any info would be appreciated.

- Kirk
