I'm wondering if anyone knows of a quick way to achieve the plastic "Aqua" interface look featured on the new Mac operating systems. I'm working on a Windows system and I'm not familiar with how Apple does it. The client likes the tabbed menu interface at http://www.apple.com and has asked me to build a site with a similar look.

In the past, I've gotten the "plastic look" using Andromeda's "glass" filter from their Eye Candy 4000 package, but I'm noticing some subtle shading on the Apple menu bar. Are there any pre-fab Photoshop filters or actions out there designed to give the Aqua Look to interface items? If not, would anyone have any suggestions on how to create a similar effect from scratch in Photoshop? Since I'll be applying the effect to menu items throughout the site, I'd like to come up with as close to a one-click-solution as possible.
