I just got an email saying that my profile was done. I downloaded it and it looks really bad! Colors are off, smudgy, blocky, etc.

Anyway, I hope it's because I sent you the wrong prints. I realized this the day after I sent them (I had sent prints with the patches that were printed on my 2200 before I rememberd to clean my nozzels and as a result MANY of the patches printed with stripes/lines in them). I then re-printed the same 3 targets with all patches printing solid. In my hurry to get to work I put the bad prints in the envelope and realized later. The next day I sent Jon Kulas and email explaining that the good prints were on the way.

So you should get the good prints and hopefully this is the reason the profile looks this bad.

Also, were you not surprised to see the prints? Are these done automatically? It doesn't make sense to make a profile from those bad targets. Was the profile even tested by soft proofing? It looks bad enough to stop there!

Thanks,
Bogdan
